For my Interaction Design I course, I created Bloom, a UX app prototype designed to replicate the functionality and experience of using a French press.
The challenge was to make a mobile prototype that acted as a tactile analog for a physical device of our choice. I developed a guide app that offered step-by-step instructions for new users on brewing coffee and experimenting with new recipes with a French press. I used Figma to design custom icons and an intuitive user interface. The final design successfully translated the tactile experience of brewing coffee into a digital format, showcasing my capability to bridge the gap between physical and digital user experiences.
